Craig is an Accredited Counselling Psychotherapist specialising in adult psychotherapy and has worked for many years both in private practice, corporate therapy, Aware and Pieta House. He has worked with many people who suffer from anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, stress, trauma, disconnection, and relationship difficulties. Craig offer's a friendly and down-to-earth approach to therapy, providing a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to talk. With a very open approach, he can work in a flexible and collaborative way, tailoring therapy to the specific needs of the person he works with.
He is registered with the Irish Association For Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). He has both training and experience in the main evidence-based psychotherapeutic modalities: psychodynamic, humanistic/person-centred, cognitive behavioural therapy, schema therapy, EMDR and dialectical behavioural therapy. Craig also served on the board of Directors for Mensaid.
Craig has a special interest in helping people who struggle with emotional dysregulation and strong negative core beliefs that originated in childhood and negatively impacted adulthood. He practices to the highest ethical standards and feels priviledged to help clients on their journey to better mental health.
